To make things even better Rock Krawler works as hard as possible to support Blue Ribbion, Tread Lightly, Wounded Warriors, JKOwners.com, Pirate4x4.com, Jeep Beach, and many other clubs and non-profits.

Well for starters you don't support this site, nor have a yellow star. The main issues were me ordering a lift then after 3 weeks telling me you had some parts backorder and would be shipping soon, 5 weeks later you send the wrong lift, after 10 emails with no response, over 20 phone calls by myself with no response, and numerous calls by 4 Wheel Parts to correct the issue. After no response 6 weeks later 4 wheel parts offered to take the lift back and credit me. To give you guys a lesson on customer service and quality I called Rock Krawler the day 4 WheelParts told me this discussed the differences between their lift and that they will completely stand by their product, to top it off the gave me free 1day shipping so I could have the lift in time for an event. 3 months after I had my Rock Krawler lift the sway bar disconnect joints had a coating issue and were rusting, one phone call that got picked up right away and two days later a set of new joints in the mail no questions asked.
