Wheel in CO? - Help Monitor Conditions to Preserve Trails

The Colorado Trail Patrol is a volunteer program where YOU can have a direct impact on trail maintenance. Through a simple online database, your photos and descriptions get passed directly to Land Manager, Recreation Planners, and Trail Coordinators within the US Forest Service and BLM.

The Colorado Trail Patrol then works with the agencies to ensure a OHV-friendly response is taken. This process will protect resources by better monitoring and maintaining OHV trails around the state.

Find out more on our Facebook Page or email us - [email protected]
(Yes, we are affiliated with Stay The Trail).

Because of our coordination with the USFS and BLM, anyone interested in volunteering needs to attend a short (less than 1 hour) training session. All of this is completely free.

If interested, you can attend any of the following training times:
February 16 – 6:30pm. Thornton Ganger Mountain. 9923 Grant St, Denver, CO
February 21 – 6:30pm. Longmont Public Library Meeting Room. 409 4th Ave. Longmont, CO.
March 10 – 10:30 am. Southglenn Library, Centennial. 6972 South Vine Street, Centennial, Colorado
March 29 - 6:30pm. Fire Station #8. 3737 Airport Rd. Colorado Springs, CO.

Dates will be constantly added.

Sounds like a good idea, now if I only lived in Colorado. Good Luck with this.
