I don't have one here to weigh but I'd say the bumper is around 20 pounds and the shackle mounts are probably around 12 pounds combined. Low to mid 30s?

We have not tried that winch, but I do not see any reason it would not work. Sorry for the delay in getting back to you!

I was looking at this bumper on your website yesterday, I really like it
Can you tell me if it will work with the Rubi IF the sway bar motor has been rotated?
Can the winch still be mounted recessed with the sway bar motor rotated?
Thanks.

New Ultra Clearance Front Bumper from GenRight!

Just installed this bumper and very happy with it.

I removed a stock chopped stubby bumper, with winch plate and steel cable and replaced it with the Ultra and rope. I didnít weigh everything but I absolutely lost weight with the new combo.

The installation is pretty straight forward, if you watch the Genright YouTube video for their other bumper youíll get the general idea. You have to grind the frame in a couple of spots and chop the crash bar neither are a big deal. I was more stressed by drilling and tapping the frame hole for the top bolt but it was simple in the end, just get the right drill bit.

In summary...

Negatives - not compatible with the Ace sway bar motor flip. [ @GenRight Iíd love to see a fix for this, that thing hangs low! ]

Positives - really light weight, really low profile, looks great, low recessed winch and ground clearance! and plenty of room to mount lights ( I plan to add lights wired to my fog light switch) AND NO RUST!!

Still rocking the bare AL but will probably go black soon

Amazing how 10-20 lbs can make such a difference, huh?
On these lunch-box aerodynamic equivalent machines, every bit is noticeable.
I am definitely a JK aluminumophile...

that's a nice lookin' bumper!

Good to know, I contacted GenRight and they say theoretically there was enough room to work. I'm not willing to give up the my e-disco, so I guess I will be looking for a different bumper.
