New! Ultimate 2.5 Ton Tie Rod for the Ultimate Dana 60

New 2.5 ton tie rod with custom offset ends for the UD60

Like all late model D60s, the diff cover makes it hard to clear much of anything, especially a hydro assist ram. We listened to feedback from our UD60 customers. They wanted two things: 2.5 ton beef with more offset!

- Custom forged ends with a 2" offset (1/2" more than our JK ends)
- Same massive 1.25" shanks
- 1.75" OD Solid 7075 Aluminum, CNC machined
- Available in bolt on JK taper ends or GM small and large taper options for those who want to ream a little for a larger stud.
- Direct bolt on! No cutting, drilling, reaming.

Do you have a 2.5 ton Tie Rod for the `05+ SuperDuty axle?

We do have one, but the feedback has implied we need a better solution. The challenge is the lack of room between the cast steering arm and the high steer arm. So, our tie rod can not be run in the flipped position, it has to be in the stock position. For some that will work, for others it is not ideal. And it does require you run a high steer knuckle.

Sorry about that, we forgot to list a price! We're doing special pricing until the end of the month at $490 shipped. The retail on our JK 2.5 ton is $550 and we offer a 10% forum discount. Retail on the UD60 version with the custom forged ends is going to be $575. So, 15% off for the month of May on the UD60 version for JKO members.

Thanks!
