I think the issue was with the 3.6 and drone?

I have the Dyno/Rancho exhaust under my 3.8 2 door. Drone is annoying and theres none. The more i drive it i forget its even there unless stepping on the peddle.

Meh, they ALL done. 2 dr, 4dr, 3.8, 3.6 all of the v-6s sound like a wet fart in a bag with aftermarket systems. Hopefully this one fixes that drone but, us TWO DOORS need something too!

I made the mistake of buying one of these, there is NOTHING quiet about it. I heard about this exhaust on WranglerForum.com, one of the DynoMax employees posted the part #'s to put it together, as they didn't make a kit yet. I bought all the Dynomax parts, put it on and disliked it right away... especially at 2,500-4,000 RPM (where your engine is usually running). I hated it, it was so loud and annoying it came off within a week... my Jeep sounded like a Ricer Honda.

Since I didn't buy it in a kit, the Dynomax 90 day guarantee doesn't apply... they won't refund my money.

Magnaflow exhaust replaced it, much better sound. Spend a little more, get a MUCH better product.

I have this exact system, but I bought all the parts individually as there was no system on the market at the time. It's exactly what is pictured above, from the clamps, resonator, muffler, tail pipe and tip. I got my information here - Eliminating drone - Page 2 - Jeep Wrangler Forum

I bought all these parts individually for around $400 total early this year, then put it together;

24246 Race Bullet
17283 Stainless Steel Ultra Flo Welded muffler
55428 exhaust tubing that goes over the rear axle
36484 Exhaust tip
51113 connector pipe (this is the pipe between the 2 mufflers)

I think the sound is horrible, IMO the 3.6 Pentastar needs a much bigger resonator than what you guys offer in this system. I have no idea how you can call it a "Quite Crawler" as there is nothing quiet about it. Hell, if it was loud and sounded good I'd be OK with that... but it does NOT sound good and it's annoying as hell.

I called about the 90 day guarantee Performance Sound guarantee and was told that even though I have all the pieces that make up the kit, I didn't buy "the kit" and therefore it doesn't qualify for the guarantee. That's fine.... I'll eat the $400. But I will put my opinion out there because this system isn't what Dynomax claims and I'd hate to see someone else loose their hard earned money for a exhaust that sounds like shit.

I ordered and waited 2 months for this system, 39535, only to find out they discontinued it. Tried to buy the pieces and some of them were on back order. From what I'm reading I guess it came out ok. Went with the AFE Hi-Tuck. Nice sound when you get on it and quiets down once you're cruising, No drone.

I have no idea how you can call it a "Quite Crawler" as there is nothing quiet about it.We offer another system that uses only one muffler, hence the QuierCrawler system. I have been running this system for close to 2 years and I do hear it on mountain passes but my tires are a lot louder. Hell, if it was loud and sounded good I'd be OK with that... but it does NOT sound good and it's annoying as hell.

Again sorry you didn't like the system, we have had many people who have been very happy with this system and those who have gone the DIY route.
We have NOT discontinued this system, just trying to get it scheduled for production. Just a heads up on that.
