I'm guessing.... LED light bars... lots and lots of LED lights bars.

That and stupid replacement grills without slots that completely disregard the most iconic feature of the wrangler !! and of course the grill with the light bars in them !

Monster Hooks

I absolutely have to have a $250 dangle off the back of my rear bumper even though a $25 shackle will do the job

ARB is making control arms as well as a new coilover kit for the JK.

King had some new fancy air bump mounts for the rear of the JK. Weld on only.

Dynatrac new big brake up grade ($3500) and shafts as mentioned above.

Dana has a new JK 44 that's better then what they currently offer from the factory.

Tons of new winch companies it seemed like. Lots of knock offs.

Amanda (some company I know nothing about) had an IFS and IRS JK suspension that they are trying to make as a bolt on replacement system.

Not really new but got a chance to checkout the Rare Parts ball joints and their steering system with tie rod or hiem cartridges. Made in america.

Wild Boar off road had a on board air system that could air up all 4 tires at once with a cut off switch so you don't over inflate your tires.

Rubicon Express now has a steering kit for the JK.

I think that about sums up most of what I saw.

Saw them and kept walking? Did I miss something?

I was happy to see:
PS BFH2 rear

Good seeing the RK Rock Racer kit
Some of the other pretty things but nothing earth shattering to me.

Shared this with my local group but here are some photos/vids from SEMA this year:

The Amanda Products IFS/IRS was pretty interesting. I'd still prefer my straight axles but for a desert mobber, this would be pretty sick.

Here's a short video of it. They had hydraulics moving every wheel.

Just checked those out. The concept is pretty cool but I was expecting more than 20% of the load to be taken by the upper and then I saw the price

Extremely interesting from an engineering stand point. I am curious to see the passenger side of the front diff. Quite a few extra joints in order to alleviate the angle issue...

I bought mine for $471 off of Amazon. Rare Parts was putting about 10 sets on Amazon for that price. I just looked and the lowest was $476, but it also said they were out of current stock.

Yea, I'm interested to get a closer look at it as well. I didn't have enough time to stick my head under there at the time and never made it back over there.

There really was not a lot of new stuff this year.

The Teraflex stretch 2 door was a nice build and the dash in it was sick.

Sway Away is getting press because they were bought by AFE.... We shall all see where that goes!

One more year of the JK at SEMA and then it is on to the JL...

It was pretty slick. Basically the same concept as the old Ford twin traction beam from ends, but with A arms. By making the diff move it allowed them to put much longer A arms. This war very apparent when comparing it to the Currie IFS JK that was there. My complaint was that it hung way below the factory skids even front and rear. Cool concept though.

That dash was a piece of artwork. Very clean jeep. Only thing I was disappointed on was this one and nearly every other JK that had a custom cage did nothing but bolt the C pillar to the sheet metal. They all lacked frame tie ins.

A thread on SEMA would be really good if it had at least one picture.

C'mon, hook a brother up.

AFE as in air intakes bought a suspension company?

Doesn't the JL come out this summer so next year's SEMA should be flooded with them?

My understanding is that they did it for shorter A arms. If they had a fixed diff, they would have to increase the track width a good deal more to get the same travel without putting to hard of an angle on the CV joints.

I talked to their guy for a while about it. Making the diff move allowed them to keep track width stock, and run longer travel arms when compared against a setup like the Currie.

Find it strange a group that would go rabid on a toyota FJ owner goes ape over a system turning their JK into one. But that's just me.
