That'd look really cool with some speed holes for the prerunner look. Any chance of that being an option? Maybe even on top too but flared up for some traction as a step?

That's funny, the original prototype was dimple died along the top for traction. It's an extra step production wise so we got rid of them. We also weren't sure people would like them.

We have no problem custom building them to your liking. Shoot me an email and we can get something going. [email protected]

I've tried them all... Jeeps are still the best. (0||||0)

I'm not a 100% positive. You could probably make it work but there might be some modifications that need to be made.

Oversized tire

Vick, how does this fit with an 35" or 37" tire on the back?

I've personally fit one on a JK with a 35" on the stock carrier and it fits without issue. It's going to come down to what carrier and BS your wheels are. The cap fits right up against the rear frame rails so you should be able to take a look at your setup and see if you'll have any issues.

it's a cap for the frame-horns when you run no bumper, friend. It's not a bumper , per se so, just wanted to clarify...

The @LDK59 post several above shows it coated ...as does the Googles

I had one on my Jeep for about 1 weekend. Fits great, easy to paint, no complaints. No interference with a pretend 37” KM2 on a TF gate. Once I had it on, it just didn’t look right to me, so pulled it off and fed it to the landfill.

d'you use aluminumnumnum or steel?

I dunno if VKS offers both but I've seen the lighter metal frame-caps too.

I am gonna cut all that off back there sometime this upcomin year so no need + seems like just extra weight, to me. But, to each their-own ..
plus, ya cannot go wrong with JK Vick 's wares , regardless of part..

Yes I understand exactly what this product is as a cap/fascia/cover. Exactly what im looking for so I can run "no bumper". Thank you for clarifying. I also did see the only ONE picture on the entire web(yes, google) of the bumper coated, which is LDK59. All the other photos are just from VKS website.

Steel. It's light and not flexy. I don't want to take away from the fact that Vick's shit is top-notch. The build and weld quality are second to none. I've met him and seen the shop. I cannot say enough good things.

In the trash what a shame. I like this facia, but I like VKS's stubby rear better. Higher and tighter to the body.
