New Product from TeraFlex: JK Rzeppa High Angle Factory Replacement CV Kit

The TeraFlex JK high angle Rzeppa factory replacement CV joint kit allows the JK owner to replace a worn or damaged Rzeppa CV joint and retain their factory JK driveline without an expensive upgrade. The high angle CV housing reduces boot failure associated with taller lift heights. This is especially important on JKs with 3 or more inches of lift.

This kit includes the CV joint assembly, high-angle CV housing cap & boot, bolt flanges, socket head bolts, 6mm allen wrench, and low-friction CV grease engineered specifically for the high RPM needs of the JK Rzeppa CV joint. The grease features high viscosity surface bonding characteristics required to properly adhere the grease to all moving surfaces.

These will work for both front and rear drive shafts and both ends.

Nice job TF! I still have a front Dshaft from my last JKU and the one that's on my jeep now. These kits will allow me to retain both and after I lift this jeep I'll also have a spare DS!

Is it $150 for each joint, or does it include all 3?

Absolutely perfect solution for my needs.

I have a 3" lift on my JK now, which hasn't damaged the boots at all, but my shaft has been throwing grease since my accident over 2 years ago when the entire driveline shifted forward. Well my Transfer case joint is finally going and I really am no fan of traditional U-joints. I am wary of Crown's quality and this was the ticket, with the high clearance flange being a bonus. Thanks TF!

2011 JK, made the year before we all die, warranty be damned.
