Purple hearts and such

So, after being rescued yesterday by another Jeeper I started thinking. Has anyone came up with the idea of putting stickers on their vehicle to signify that they rescued/were rescued someone else.

I think this would be pretty cool. Kinda like airplanes used to have on the side of their plane, showing the number of kills they made.

Maybe stupid, but I owe the person who pulled me out of a 5 foot ditch big time.

I think it would be a cool way of remembering the carnage you were involved in.

Not stupid...the local group I go out with gives out stickers and/or patches for every rescue you make. You should get a plaque if you rescue a Hummer though! LOL

For pulling someone out, how about a small hook with JKowners on it.

I shouldn't be big you can tag the bumper when you hook up.

Pretty soon your jeep would be covered with decals. Pulling people out is just a part of wheeling. It's a rare wheeling day when I don't get pulled out or pull someone else out. Yes, I'm grateful, but the expectation is that I will pay it forward. That is, pull out the next guy I see that needs help.

Once a person starts to think like this, it tends to spill over into other parts of their lives.
