IROK

Is anybody running these tires? I have BFG KRAWLERS and will be replacing tires within the next 6-9 months. I was looking at the IROK tire but wanted to see if any of you is running it. I know these are bias ply, and want to know about the wear. As much street driving as I do, I need a cheaper tire.

They make a radial IROK also. I'm running the 37x12.50 radial, and with proper rotation, you should get about 30K miles on them.

My brother has the Irok 36x13.50 15 Bias ply and it sucks on the street. He ended up running dyna beads and it's "OK" now but nothing like an MTR or a KM2 would be!

X2 My first tires on the JK were 36x13.50x17 Irok radials, excellent traction off-road although the sidewalls lacked grip in my view, but they were nigh on impossible to balance, and wore badly. I got 22k miles out of mine. They are also heavy, my 36" Iroks weighed almost the same as my 40" MT/Rs.

Tire Rack was the only place that had 40's in stock that I could find. Discounttiredirect.com have some good prices on other sizes.
