Front RJ 60, Axle, seal?

Can someone tell me how to pull the axle shaft from the knuckle, I can see there is an inner seal put in through the back of the knuckle.. There's play but it ain't budging and I don't see how the seal will fit the knuckle bore.... HELP! STUCK

from the pics, set your steering at zero. You may have a twisted shaft. So your gonna have to pry or pull the axle straight out... with force,, rig a slide hammer some how to it. Cuz that should slide right out, unlees the splines on the shaft are twisted or moisture rusted in there.. keep banging and prying..

Cool bro, but the seal on the back is bigger than the bore on the
Knuckle, it's seems maybe I need to is finish unbolting the knuckle, and probably pry the whole thing as a whole (knuckle and axle)....

No kidding, I called currie, they say it's a pressed in seal, that could be hammered loose, but careful no to damage the seal, I may need to shave the ears a bit, BLA BLA BLA!

WTF

Big hassle for nothing! just needed an extra pair of hands, the seal was creating a suction just use pry bar on the u joint side while someone guides the outer out

Longfields u joints in

Now ready for double sheer tie rod, full hydro, single ended ram. Currie machined L knuckle

No bro, I changed out the left knuckle to a machined knuckle to accept curries steering arm and to double sheer and go full hydro..

The longfields Ive had for months, so this was a perfect opportunity to change them out..
