Brakelines not long enough?

I got Crown 3-4 inch brakelines, lines are pretty tight. There is still some more room, but its close for sure. Mind you this is at full passenger side stuff, 35 inch MTRs just about digging into the stock fenders.

What I am probably going to do is add a set of extension brackets to get as much slack as I can, I am just surprised that the 3-4 inch crown lines don't appear to be long enough, even for a 2.5 inch lift at full flex. Should have gone with the 5-6 inch lines! Live and learn. Just wanted to make people aware that at least in the front end with RK arms/coils/bilstein shocks, etc, that its a good idea to go as long as you can.

If it's long enough at full suspension droop and turned passenger, there really isn't a need to mess with it. I bought 6" Crowns for mine with ~3.5" of lift. Going shorter for the same price isn't going to be a benefit anywhere.

Rock Krawler sends lines that are 8" longer than stock with their systems.

The length of your shocks determines travel much more than your lift height does because they are what allows your axle to travel away from the frame.

You always say you have a 2.5" lift but you have to remember that those RK coils give you closer to 3.5" of lift on your two door.
