Re-fueling issues/spillage

EDIT: search does help.

So the past two times ive gone to fill up at the pumps Im getting overflow and spilling.

Havent changed anything about the way I pump. Two different gas stations that I normally use. And no I don't leave the pump, I pump by hand. I put the nozzle in like ive done for two years, it fills fine and then it clicks when its empty...but as soon as I pull the handle out the jeep spits gas back out at me and spills a good half a cup or more out and leaks everywhere. Happened last two times and I have no warning light on. Evap canister problem?

Its fucking annoying and unsafe.

What searches have you done to find the remedy/answers to this common issue?
