Those are both steals IMO, The first one would prob. need to be gutted, but would make a sweet project. Funny thing about mileage on a car, I've been in the body shop business for around 10 years now, and worked for a while up near Detroit. Up there, anything CLOSE to 100K on the clock is considered very high mileage and at the end of its life. Back down south, we regularly see cars with 250K + on the clock in excellent condition, with the owners not even considering selling/trading up.
Could be the salt, but I think its more the freezing/thawing of basically every component on the vehicle that puts so much wear on em. I'm getting close to 100K now on my 07, and its still literally like brand new when I clean it up.
