Electric windows malfunction

Pulled up to an ATM last night and tried to roll the driver window down... and nothing?!?!? Tried the passenger side and same thing?!?!? Had to turn the engine off and power down everything, then restarted Jeep and the windows worked as normal.

This has never happened before... and I am not sure why the PCM needed to be recycled, but I thought I would see if others have had this happen on their electric windows.

I had it happen when I had my JK at about three months.

I disconnected the battery for a few minutes and reconnected.

No problem since (over a year)
