Automatic express power window question

My auto down power window function stopped working on the passenger side. I tried the hold & reset steps over and over to get it to work with no luck. Suggestions on a fix before I bring it to the dealer? Thanks

Had that happen to someone else's JK on a recent trip. The problem was the fuse for the doors had come loose. It's in the power center in front of the battery, and there is a label under the cover to identify which fuse. Re-seating the fuse fixed it, so it might be the issue for you.

Mine didn't work from the lot. Had to take it in to the dealer and have the switches replaced.

Never forget that finicky canbus... several times after removing my doors and re-installing them, one or more windows failed to work. Ignition OFF, disconnect / reconnect pigtails on all doors and retry has worked every time (so far). I have not had to go to the extreme of disconnecting the battery to reset everything, but that's always an option.
