stock jk hub to fender measurements

I have searched but not able to really find what i am looking for. A friend of mine bought an 07 jk X with the lift already on it and now needs new shocks and would like to know what size lift is on it and what shocks to buy. I am looking for stock fender to hub measurements. Any help would be great. Thanks...

If it will help what I have is the distance from the ground to the bottom of the skids on a stock Rubicon Unlimited, measured right behind the front flare, and right in front of the rear flare. These were taken off of a brand new Rubi sitting on my dealer's lot. I'd forgotten to get them off my own rig before I put the suspension on.

Front = 16.9
Rear = 17.6
