Buying tomorrow- what fees?

I'm picking up my 2012 JKU tomorrow evening. I remember there being some fees that seemed bogus when I bought my '11 but I signed anyway.

What are they going to charge and what should I refuse to pay? These guys have always treated me well but I'm in sales, too- you go for every dollar you can as long as the customer still feels like he's getting a deal.

What can I expect they'll tack on and what can be refused to be paid?

2007 JK X, just getting started...

TTL is all your required to pay, everything else is negotiable. You can refuse to pay TTL but they can hold the vehicle until you provide proof in some states.

Sometimes, you can make the work with them topay TTL. They can not actually pay it, but dorp the price down so it'd not like your paying.

Other than TTL up to you... Sometimes if you procrastinate about the price you can get a killer deal on the tire wheel warranty or the service contract. When I say service contract I mean the service not warranty. I.E oil changes, tire rotations, discounts... Does not matter what lift or tires you have.
Edit: I would never pay full price for these they have dropped them as much as 50% for me.

We worked it out. They're comping me the cost of doc fees in accessories. Thinking MOPAR slush mats and remote start, but haven't decided. Still need to dig through the list.
