Need an opinion

Looking for new meats and i'm trying to keep it as cheap as possible while getting size and more function than the stock wranglers that are on there. Considering these choices:

Falken Wild peak - 315\70\17 - 240 each
Kuhmo mt - 315\70\17 -240 each
Bfg a/t - 285\70\17 - 250 each
Hankook Dynapro M/T - 285\70\17 - 250 each
Nitto terra grappler - 285\70\17 - 200 each

The best value would be the falken in my opinion but wanted some others.

2011 Sport 2dr - SOLD
2013 JKU Sport - SOLD
2014 JKU Sport - Wife's DD
2015 JKU Sport - New Hotness

Any verdict on the Pep Boy's Dakota Definity M/T or A/T? As far as cheap tires go, these are hard to beat. Around $160 each for 285/75/16 and buy 3 get one free right now. I heard they were made by Cooper?

Edit: just checked the sizes in the OP's thread and they aren't offered in those sizes. Sorry man.

I like the Nitto's. Just bought 295/70/17 Terras for my pickup & LOVE them.

Lots of experience as this was a cheap way to go when I was just getting started......

Retreads have lots of issues. Balancing them is a P.I.T.A. I would use a retread on a cheap ass car that you use occasionally. I would NOT use them on my JEEP.

The Project is moving forward.

I run the treadwrights and dont believe everything you read. I love them, I am 20k miles into them, they still look new and didnt take a ton of weight to balance (maybe 9oz on the heaviest). I would definitly recomend them if you are tight on cash and need a decent tire. When buying these myself I ran into a lot of "I would never...blah blah blah" and my usual responce was "did you run them and form an opinion on your own?" with the usual again being "no". So take it for what its worth. Everyone I have talked to that actually ran the treadwrights on their rig loved them.

Just FYI. Discount tire will beat that 240/ea price. I've bought 2 sets of them for 1115 shipped for 5

I vote anything but the bfg's.

31 jeeps in... still have issues

Yes and so can your local JKO Vendors. Well, they are now a vendor here as well but you know what I mean. That price on the Falkens is a little high...
