lightest 37" rock tire

OK, I know I am asking for trouble. I am running a D30 open diff in front of my JKU. I am looking on going 37"s when it is time to buy tires. I will be in the mean time doing c gussets, outer sleeves, aussie lockers and more if money will allow. I have been doing good with Dick C's 35X17, no lockers and easy on the pedal. I am looking for something lighter in a 37".

Whats the weight of the 35s?

The lightest that I know of in a 37" are the MTRs: ~74 pound each.

Co sign on the MTR's that's the set up I'm currently running. Pretty much lightest 37 besides the KM2 that you can run, but the KM2's run really small.

The 37 Yokohama geolanders are 75 lbs too. The 40s are 84 lbs. In comparison the 37 rocker radials are 92 lbs lol

You don't hear much about the geolanders, but it's a tire that i've always liked the look of and heard good things about.

I think this thing is finally coming together. Still Needed: drive shafts, frame mount rails...then done son! For a while...

37's bend axles. It's true, I read it on the intraweb! Happened To a cousin of some guys only friend, That's why I run 38's on my D30. I'm not going to be the one tempting fate.

Seriously, I've been running 38 geolandar mt+'s for a while now on my X. No issues, over the summer I finally trussed the tubes and gusseted the knuckles.

Highly recommend the Geo MT's for capability, price and weight.
