So after going to my local stealership and getting a ridiculous part quote of $195.96 for an updated soft top header bar, I did some internet searching and found one at factorydiscountparts.com for $90.63 plus freight, which ended up being less than $10.
Got the part in a reasonable amount of time but unfortunately it was damaged by UPS. I filed a claim with Brown and the next day I got a call from factorydiscountparts and thier guy said they would ship one out. I told him it was a bummer that it was damaged because I had a 2000 mile trip I was leaving for the next day and that was one of the biggest reasons I had ordered the part in the first place. He told me he was going to make a few calls and would call me back. 10 minutes later he called to tell me there was one sitting out under my name at the local dealership and that I could pick it up today. The same dealer that quoted me $195!
I didn't ask for it, raise a stink or get pissed, they just took care of thier customer.
