Give Dusty a call over @PSC. They are doing the new Rigid LED mount and it appears to me that with very minor modifications to the design,it could be used as armor.

Check out Liquor's Cain build thread for pics of the prototype from Jeep Beach.

Yes that piece from PSC came to mind and also the limb risers from RROR? What about something like that?

A little more adjustment and that has some nice potential

Great just something else to add to the list of future mods

So is this explanation going to fly with the gf? "But honey, I had no choice but to buy a 50" lightbar - I needed the pillar armor!"

You could use a light bar from KMA. Here is my setup.

We run a light bar, no lights after wacking the frame with a tree

I know Pat Harrision (vendor here) has some pillar armor that he made for himself. I'm not sure if he sells that as well.

Hey guys here's my version. Solid 1/4" steel checkerplate overkill but can be used as a base for weld on additions like light mounts , steps, handholds or the "limbrisers" I make as well. Tricky to make due to the compound curve involved but always willing to crank out a few more sets! Contact me for pricing and availability if interested.
