Sagging rear

When I bought my 07 Rubi it was sagging in the right rear so I swapped rear springs when I did my bb, but it is still sagging. Is this a common thing with the factory JK springs? I had problems with my TJ with aftermarket springs sagging in the right rear, but never stock springs.

FWIW it has approx 60,000 miles on it and is an auto.

Did you change bumpers or anything to cause more weight to be put on the springs?
