I have to give this company credit where credit is due. I have a set of Hood Wranglers (and a dash top organizer) and in less than a few months one of the Wranglers "let go" between drives. Surprising discovery toolin' down the road to say the least. Slipped in one of the saved OEM rubber pieces and sent an inquiry email via their web site. Being a holiday weekend and all, I didn't expect a response for a about a week and likely from a paid tech rep. I included two high-res photos of the broken strap and got an immediate email reply from the BIG CHEESE himself! No sh*t!!! They're sending me a new set and a little swag, no questions, no quarrels, just send back the old set. I'll likely include a small token of my gratitude for him standing behind his product, not to mention the personal touch shown. I didn't even look to see if they're a sponsor company here before I used their website or posted this thread. But I bet some of the other sellers here carry or endorse Daystar stuff and I see why.
Long story short... thank you Daystar!
