You'll love it !!! It's a very mean looking bumper, I haven't tested how durable it is bumping into whatever but you'll be very pleased with it !!

Considering Smittybilt knocked off the Powerplant with their XRC10 HD winch, I would think it would fit. Just spitballin'.

I really like that winch too. For the price it's a great piece!

I thought that winch never made it to market.

It didn't. It was called the XRC-10HD and included an on winch compressor like the Warn Powerplant. They showed at SEMA I believe, but never went into mass production.

I run the XRC Stinger on my Jeep. Approach angles are good. Powdercoat is thick. I'm eventually going to do a tie-in with it to my tube fenders, but it's taken several hits and shrugged them off. No idea what it would do on an endo though and don't want to find out personally anytime soon.

It is a subject I'm passionate about though. Lots of shit made in China but not everything. We have many vendors here who own small businesses that produce quality products for our Jeeps. They employ people and add to the US economy. In all fairness, the OP did ask "what you all think about this?"

Anyway, sorry to disrupt your bumper thread with the rant. Enjoy the new bumper.

now back to the bumper:is maybe made in china, but I have to tell you the quality is outstanding, and I used to own the XRC non stinger version that I sold here on the forum and that to was a very good bumper.
about this country:well they are fucking us up;USA keep raising the price of gas?ALLREADY THEN,in a week or so I'm going to buy a hybrid civic for my wife,so I give my money to japan for the car,and I use less gas!

Be sure you run a tap thru the 2 blind holes before you hang it. Mine were poorly drilled, not centered, cross threaded and full of powder coat just for good measure. I guess Chinamen show up to work stoned and hung over too.

I don't suppose they sell that bumper without the stinger do they? I've never been a fan of the stinger look but really like the way the bumper itself looks.

I got mine yesterday and put it on. Im glad some other people had trouble with the two blind holes. I was thinking about cutting thatsquare crossmember off because it doesn't go well with the look of the bumper, but then wouldnt be able to support the skidplate that came with the bumper.

afoulk, Smittybilt is supposedly releasing a modular bumper this year that uses the stinger as the base.

I love this bumper. Probably should have gotten it instead of the LoD.
