the loaded question to spark some conversation

Guys I bought a 2007 Jk sand love it. There were some extras on it when I got it. The guy took care of the rig. It has some motto metal Chrome runs and some 33 Hankook dynapros on it. Do I.need to change my gears? And how would I know if it was already done? You guys are the pros! Oh I forgot to to add he put a teraflex 2.5 lift and a rough country damper? I think that's it, a after market cold air and and exhaust..thanks guys please forgive my auto type on my cell

Is it a Rubi? If so I'd say no. If not I'd still probably say no (based on my experience with 35's and 4.10's), but I'd let someone who runs 33's with whatever gear ratio chime in. So probably not.

Original poster needs to add his current ring and pinion/axle gear ratios to the post. And if it's an automatic or stick

Auto or manual? With 3.73's (that's what come in Sahara's correct??) and an automatic I think you may need to look into regearing. Search for the thread with the gearing charts.

Do you have your build sheet or window sticker? If you are an '07 Unlimited Sahara with the tow package, you have 4:10's. That's what I got....
