You may have issues with the 15in wheel and the brake caliper.

It depends on what wheels you run. I run a cragar 15" with 35"s and had to do minor grinding on the brake caliper. But I would do it again in a heartbeat

some of the after market wheels in a 15" have issues with the brake caliper, some are fine. i am running a 16" 41/2" B.S. steel with 33" toyos and have no issues. before shelling out the dollars, ask your supplier if you can test fit the wheel, front and back. most on here are gonna suggest 41/2" B.S. or more for when you flex the front axle to avoid scrubbing.

try the search function for 15" wheels and backspacing

all of this is depending on whether you are serious off roading or just for looks. either way, the wider the stance, the bigger it looks.

Cragar has 4" BS and requires grinding of the caliper. ProComp has 3.75" BS and does not require any grinding.

how do the pro comps work with the sway bar discoed and the tire stuffed into the fender flair? any rubbing on the sway bar, shock mount, or the upper spring mount? even with the 4.5"BS at full turn with the tire stuffed i sometimes still get scrubbing. that is with 3.5" of lift and extended bump stops. not disagreeing with you, and freely admit all i know about jeeps, i learned at a holiday inn express. one of the reasons i chose the 16" wheels is because of the brake issues and possible scrubbing with the tighter wheel.

I like 8" wheels because they are less likely to break a bead. Been running 10 psi on the trails no issues. I've used this combo with 33 and 35 with great success.

the rule of thumb on 15's unless it's a rubicon is 3.75 bs
