A little advice.

If you have a 4x4 shop, or anyone, install anything on your vehicle make sure you get the written instructions and verify everything was done. It's been about a year since my RK lift was installed and I just found out not everything in the instructions were completed. This isn't the only thing that wasn't done correctly. I've caught a few others shortly after the lift was installed. Stupidly, I didn't bother to get the install instructions and go over everything. As obvious as it sounds don't trust the person you're paying to do the job correctly. It almost seems pointless to pay someone to do work when you have to double check everything. Luckily, Rock Krawler has been very helpful with all the issues I have had.

Install mods yourself. You'll know they're done correctly or have to realize you're a tard (like I did with my passenger rear bumpstop) & STFU while you fix youe mistakes (just like me).

Don't have a garage? Make friends with someone who has space & show up with beer. Always show up with beer.

EDIT: Reread your post & saw you're taking corrective action and tapping RK as a resource. Sucks you have to gothat route, but even if I do it myself, I will always double and triple check that something is done right. Even then, I don't trust it. YMMV

Just advice. Take it for what it's worth. Really.

My point exactly. Have you actually double check his work? I have a laundry list of issues. Try checking some bolts that are just RTV'd on after they snapped. Think that's a quality?

Exactly.
Dude, WTF? Are you saying a bolt snapped and they basically GLUED it back in place? There can't be someone this stupid running a shop out there...

Wait, did you use Atomic4X4? He did seem to be that kinda stupid.

I just had to laugh at the fact that my post abou fixing mistakes contains a spelling mistake. FML.

Something like that. Really serious about the advice part. It should be common practice to double check the work and actually inventory the parts. Could save someone a ton of headaches.
