Tire Carrier

Anybody know of a good tire carrier that attachs to the bumper and works in conjuction with the rear door? I have a Mopar Performance bumper non carrier type and I'm running 305/60/18 tires on KMC Monster wheels and don't like all that weight on the factory carrier. I want to fix this problem before heading off to south west colorado this summer for some wheeling.

the or-fab tire carrier works with the tail gate but doesn't attach to the bumper.

This looks like with a bit of drilling it can be adapted to your current mopar bracket. Looking at the Install Instructions it looks like the pivot mounts off a frame side bracket.

T&T Customs has one i think will work with my bumper may have to weld a brace or two into the area where it goes thru the bumper and swivels.

Nice i didnt even think of them... A few vendors here sell the swivel kits as well if you were interested in making your own swing

the Orfab one is nice. Its a bitch to install so if you go that route take your time read very carefully and have a cold six pack on hand. The end result will be worth all the $%%^$#@ moments you encounter durring install

Talking

I have the tools and welder. But i'll get a pro oilfield welder to do the welding.I have spoke with the sales rep at T&T and he says with some bracing where it goes thru the bumper it will work plus it comes in raw metal and a person could put a high lift jack and other gooddies on it.
