Post New tire advice

Right now I want to lift my jeep 2.50" or 3" at max, for tires I'm considering the 35x12.50R17- BF Goodwrich Mud Terrain T/A KM2 or the Goodyear Wrangler MT/R tire w/ Kevlar (same size). Any advise?

you're going to get a lot of answers. 2.5 should be plenty for 35's. especially km2's since they run a little smaller.

here's a Rock krawler progressive spring 2.5 with 35x12.50x17 KM2's. hard to beat for the $

and it with 315/70/17's

the teraflex coil 2.5 is also a good coil lift.

Can't go wrong either way IMO. I've got KM2s on one JK and MTR/Ks on the other.

Availability is driving the decision right now, unfortunately. Goodyears won't be available for another month and a half to two months. There are over 1000 tires on back order right now. Shame, shame.

I'm in debate between a KM2, MTR/K, and a Hankook Dynapro MT at the moment. All good tires that will do anything you throw at them well.

Let me know if you need some pricing on anything. I have great pricing and free shipping.

Thanks in advance!

Marcus

Duratracs are a nice looking tire that are lightweight. I'm heavily considering these as my next set of 35's as a DD.

I like 'em both. I ran the KM2 in a 35" for a while, then switched to the MTR in a 37". I have had no issues with either......except that the KM2's don't run true to specd size, and the MTR's can sometimes take some weight to balance.
