To me this is a no brainer.
The only option you have listed that is a real reliablity improvement is the diff / oil armor. One of those gets fubar and you're stuck on the trail; the other stuff is more cosmetic in nature. If you fubar your rockers; doors; rear corners, etc you will still be able to drive out. So to me if your Jeep spends it's time on the trails then go with the first option if it's more of a mall crawler then go with one of the other options.
