OEM Wrangler Hemi

For true? They're actually gonna listen to us?

Can't be...

Still...

According to our well-placed and trustworthy tipster, this vehicle was built for Michael Manley, Jeep's current president and CEO. It was assembled by American Expedition Vehicles (AEV) in Montana, an aftermarket Jeep firm with strong ties to the industry and long history of Wrangler Hemi conversions. (Note that AEV has constructed concept vehicles and tested other ideas for Chrysler in the past.) It's rumored to have been built for executive evaluation, meaning we may be looking at an early iteration of a future model

Although it would be REALLY awesome, I wouldnt hold my breath.

Furthermore, the companies doing swaps would in all likelyhood have to significantly lower their prices to stay competitive.

There is already a thread somewhere around here where a guy that works at a dealer posted pictures of it and the potential price.

That about sums it up. Sounds like the CEO is getting one because he's a fucking CEO and can afford the mod.

I have a better chance of selling my body on a corner in downtown Raleigh and coming up with enough money to let AEV do a swap for me than Jeep ever putting this into production.

I think you're all better off wishing for them to give the USA market the CRD engine....

ex: RHD JK 2dr CRD auto
now: RHD JK 2dr Rubicon 3.8 6spd

Pork Chop is pretty cool. Love the cage. I don't believe it though....at least til it is revealed and I know we will never see it on the lot.

Most mopar concepts will never make production although the renegade could easily.
