Odd rattle...

Just wondering if anyone else has this problem, and if so how was it remedied.

Ok, so if I'm driving along in my 2010 JK Rubicon 6 speed manual. Doing about 60 ~ 65ish MPH and come to a hill on the HWY. Doesn't have to be the HWY, so please bear with me for the point of this thread. I start climbing the hill and the RPM's start to fall. Eventually it sounds like the motor is under a load, but not enough to up shift. What I hear is this tic, tic, tic, tic really fast sound. If I grab the stick, while in gear and apply pressure either to the left or right it goes away. If I remove my hand, releasing any pressure it the sound returns. It's not loud, but very annoying when driving through West Virginia with all the rolling hills out there. Anyone have a suggestion?

Do you have an aftermarket shift knob? I had that problem with mine, the set screws were coming loose. Put a drop of blue loc-tite on them and it went away...
