Height issues depend on how seriously you off road with you rig. If your not doing to much serious stuff or going over high center obstacles then you could run 33" without much worry. You will rub on full turning lock with this size though and it will rub the air dam (splash guard too). If you decide to run either 285/70/17 or 295/70/17s then you should consider some spacers to prevent this. You will rub if you flex hard offroading with that size and most definitely with 295/70/17 which is 34" +.
Height is an issue if flexing or clearing obstacles on a stock rig with no leveling or lift
Width is an issue with rubbing regardless of either 285 or 295 size on a stocker.
All tires are different and each mount differently on different back spacing wheels however. There are just too many factors to specifically address which is the main issue.
