I'm not sure about the independent suspension but it's a BIG YES on the motor.

ouch that is pretty sick. Basically take all the suspension and throw it out. Wonder if I could still use it as a daily driver?

Don't know about Mass., but I'm pretty sure I couldn't get that through inspection here in NH.

x2 on that. No offense to any of the Mopar guys but that 502 (or any GM V8) looks better to me than anything Chrysler has ever built.

I am a Hemi fan.............but there's something about wretched excess that just appeals to me.

My Dad has a 540 (stroker 502) in his truck. Aluminum heads, demon carb, its one baaaaaad mofo.

[]I HAVE A 70 CHEVELLE WITH A 502 BBC, 400 TURBO TRANS.BIG HEADS AND CAM ..675HP.ON MOTOR. NEXT YEAR F1R PROCHARGER.IT SHOULD MAKE 1150 HP.
