JK Service/Oil Change Indicator Reset

Our 08 Rubicon has lit up with a change oil indicator.

How do we reset it? The oils been changed so we're all good there, just want silly message to go away. We don't have the owners manual for it.

I no longer work with Warrior. I am now working with The FIRM.

It's kind of a pain, as I can never get it to reset the first (or third) time I try it...

1. Turn the key to the on position but don't start the engine. I typically wait for the reset chime to ding.

2. Floor the gas pedal slowly 3 times within 10 seconds.

3. Turn the key back to off.
