another driveshaft question....

What is the difference between an auto and manual as far as the shafts on an unlimited....Is there a diff. can they be interchanged? Just curious....

I know one of the vendors here posted at one time that there is a length difference. There are also 6 different part numbers for driveshafts in the 08 parts list.

I'm pretty sure they are the same
The only difference I can think of is when we pulled my rear driveshaft off
We also removed a huge heavy flywheel
My mpg's improved alittle when we did that
Mines a manual
