400+ posts, you should know what will be said about any CAI.

Just saying.

everyone on here seems to hate the CAI'S. I have the Airaid CAI and love it.
Throatier sound and 3 mpg more than stock...even better with the Superchips programmer.

But all said and done...each to his own...

3mpg??!
Damn my airaid didn't give me a 25% mpg boost!
All it did was make noise till I tossed it on a shelf in the garage.
For a 25% boost I'd be tempted to flirt with hydrolock!

I thought the XDI was no longer in production

Blacked out 07 JKUR, safari straps, Treadwright 35's on stock rims and Spydertrax spacers, stubbied front bumper, trimmed flares, 2" body lift, 2" spacers in front with 1" spacers in rear, Gen Right Tire carrier, more to come!

Yep but you can still get parts for them, and some dealers are or were still selling them, I am just trying to find out if any one on here has had one or has one and if they like it.

A great intake but no support since the company went under. Really adding intake and exhaust to a Jeep just makes it louder...no real performance gains that you can feel.

Can't speak for the jeep version but I had one on my ram. Look great sounded good.... but the welds on the brackets broke twice. The first time they were still open and sent a new canister no problem. The second time they were out of business. I got no real improvement MPG wise and a little seat of pants throttle improvement. Also the 2 failures were less then a years time. So knowing it broke 2 times in pretty much the same place I would really not recomend it especially since you would be getting out of business leftovers.
