Exclamation Good Dealership?

I need to find a decent dealership in Houston (290, 1960, 45 area).
here's what i'm looking for (yea sounds like a dateline ad ) :

1. Has experienced Jeep Mechanics who can diagnose problems quickly and accurately.
2. Doesn't give you crap about your Jeep beeing driven off-road or for beeing modified.

is this to much to ask for in a dealership? I don't think so...
if you go to a dealership who meets these criteria, please post Dealer info here!

Allan Samuels Chrysler in the NASA/ Clear Lake area (wanna say off of HW-6) was very willing to help me with an electrical problem on a lifted TJ Unlimited several years ago (long arm welded kit/ 35" tires etc). They replaced several sensors under warranty. Unfortunately the jeep was found to need a new computer by a totally different dealership (Austin area), so they weren't the best dealership in actually finding the problem...but they were very nice, and willing to do what they thought was correct to fix it under warranty. And to be fair- Three other qualified dealerships were also unable to diagnose the problem correctly.

They may be too far south out of Houston for your needs.

Finnegan Jeep in Richmond has never let me down. Helfman off 59 and Kirby is OK, but it all depends on the tech that gets assigned to your rig. Avoid all that crap on 290 and any Archer / Goodson dealership, you will get screwed.

I was in Houston for about a two month period (left about two weeks ago) and started having problems with my jeep. Called several different dealerships in the downtown and west side area... they were all pretty stupid. Sucked with customer service and really didn't seem to care that I was having a problem. Wish I could give you a good dealership to go to, just saying stay away from the downtown/west side guys. Hope you find someone!

That kind of thing is really a shame...especially since your Jeep looks pretty much stock. I can understand hesitation/ unwillingness on modified vehicles, but I hate it when they have that attitude and aren't even willing to get involved. Best of luck to you guys.

And some people wonder why I hate so many dealerships and service depts.
