Looks like 35's on cut fenders with no lift to me.

Yes, it is possible to run 35's with no lift...but as long as you adjust the bumpstops so you have no uptravel...otherwise your fender flares will get ripped off going over potholes. Flat fenders or a small BB would be recommended
