Hood Hinge Seized

Any ideas ideas on how to get my 2012 hood hinge to move again, it’s seized up and can’t open the hood. Have sprayed the hinges with penetrating oil and no luck. Never have had any problems with this before. These are the hinge pins I’m talking about not the hinge mounting bolts. Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Take the hinge off and soak it in oil overnight. Worst case you will have to buy a new hinge.
