Big brake rotors

I need to replace the teraflex big brake rotors on my jeep. Does anyone know a part # for a stock replacement rotor or know the make and model of the vehicle used for those rotors. I did find dodge ram 1500 but looking for a confirmation.

It's not a direct fit Ram 1500 rotor. It's a blank Ram 1500 rotor that was drilled for the stud pattern of the JK. Crown also idea a big brake kit using that JK drilled Ram rotor.

Thanks, after a little more research I found that a rotor off of a 2013 Durango SXT should be a direct fit.
