The tie rod fell off my JKUR backing up a rock road. Earlier in the day I was going 70 on the interstate and leaning it around curves. I'm not happy but it could have been much, much worse. Thank you, God.

Looks like someone forgot to tighten up the pinch clamp last time it went in for an alignment. When was the last time the front end was worked on?

Had it aligned when I put tires on it the summer before last. Must have been loose for some time because the threads were shot. The contractor’s mechanic tack welded it so I could drive it back to the paved road where a flat bed picked it up.
