UPDATE ON pg 4--Official JK BUGGY by CAROLINA TRUGGIES build THREAD

Well this is it....Jeeps in the shop...

but first a little history...

August 4th 2007 my wife and I were struck on the my left side when stopped making a turn on my motorcycle....my wife broke her arm and leg but happy to report she made a full recovery....I took the brunt of the 47mph hit on my left side causing the amputation of my left leg above the knee along with some minor cuts and road rash....WE ARE VERY LUCKY TO BE ALIVE....I now get around pretty good on a prosthetic and me and my wife live life to it's fullest everyday here in NC....naturally I did come into some money from the accident, although it will never replace my leg, I can still have some fun with it!....I've now jokingly come to call my Jeep "The KRUTCH"....it will certainly get me where I can't walk!

....NO NEED FOR ANY SYMPATHY, I AM JUST SHARING THIS FOR OTHERS TO NOT CONSIDER ME JUST ANOTHER YUPPY WITH TOO MUCH MONEY TO SPEND!.......NOW enough of this downer ****, and check out what happens when you give a true JEEPER MONEY

I will put up as many pictures as they come

Awesome build. How long do you anticipate it will take?

Yea the Ripp is on it now...still needing to figure out a few problems I was having prior to putting the SC on...which I believe to be effecting the performance (fuel delivery, and/or vacuum leaks)...right now it is putting out a max 5 lbs. boost...very nice pick-up though...even with the "kinks" I have

Awesome rig, Sorry to hear about the accident, It Sucks but if you ride a bike its not if it is going to happen, but when. Good attitude. Nice rig ,but get rid of the chopped stck bumper. Get a rugged ridge modular if you want short or long. Good luck and maybe some day I will make it up there and go to URE. Love that place and had a lot of friends up there in Troy.

08 Black dual top on Silver 4 door fully loaded Rubi,

Kargo Master Congo cage with Sureco small Safari basket, Hi-lift mount, Axe and shovel mount, Six lights mounted

LoD rear bumper with swing out tire rack, dual gas can holder, and expedition basket

Rugged Ridge modular front bumper with Warn winch

Right now I'm waiting on a spot in the shop.......the wait is killing me!....in the mean time we think we foxed up the wiring for the piggy back on the supercharger...cause she's been running bad, and throwing codes all over the place...debating a HEMI

When our house burned from a lightening strike and the insurance company built us a new one, I told friends that it wasn't a method I'd recommend to get the house remodeled..............but the new house was really nice anyway. Can't say as I'd want to lose any body parts to get my Jeep built, but if it had to happen at least something really cool came of it. Fantastic build.

Suh-weeeeeeeet! Talk about a sleeper... nobody out there would expect to find that kind of machinery under the hood (he he he). Looks more like a Wrangler XXX to me. Good job keeping the trucking companies in business!
