Question Identify this lift please

Hello Friends,

I recently purchased this Jeep JK. I find the tires woefully too small for this lift. However, I don't know how to identify how high it's lifted. Attached are some pics with measurements. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Tires are Mickey Thompson LT265/75/R16
Tires measure at about 30 inches in diameter

Bottom of rock rail is at 20 inches off the ground.

What size tires do you recommend so it looks balanced ?

I believe the lift is from JKS, ; Goodyear MTR 35's would fit nicely. 35's are probably what the previous owner had on it before putting the Jeep up for sale.

this is the commonly used image indicating the OEM points to measure and deduce how much more than these you have & thus indicate the height your Jeep is lifted, if that helps.
Some of us are good but we can only ballpark stuff like that from pix. FWIW, they appear to be JFlex JKS arms, as mentioned and it LOOKS like about 3-4 inches but maybe tires are small...
