Look up under the dash on the passenger side. Helps to pull the glove-box and kicker-panel first... just to see things better. There's a connector that clips in on the bottom of the blower-motor housing. Check that connector to make sure that all wires are in tact and make sure that the connector itself isn't disconnected or damaged. You could also have something stuck in the blower itself but doubtful as it's sealed all the way around pretty good. That's at least where I'd start looking. Not sure if it might also be a blown fuse and I'm not sure what fuse that would be but you can look at the schematic on the fuse-box lid to see.
