Bumper Advice-seeking stubby with ALL of the following features:

I am hunting for a front bumper with ALL of the following features.
1. STUBBY (Mid-width is also OK but not 1st choice)
2. RECESSED winch mount plate
3. Factory FOG compatible (or other fog light)
4. Bull bar - the higher the better (Stinger OK)
5. Jack points
6. D-ring mounts (do i really need to list this?)
7. additional Light tab mounts

Example: Smittybilt XRC Gen 2 Stubby

Not sure what you want for "jacking points", but this was my 1st choice when I went bumper shopping.... I couldn't be happier with my choice!

JK Front Bumper | Guardian | Stinger | JK Stinger Front Bumper | Jeep Parts | TNT Customs

BTW, you couldn't pay me enough to bolt ANY Shittybuilt product to my Jeeps!

TPT fabrication has all but the jacking points covered. Made in the USA.

I went with a JCR Mauler. Has shackle mounts, hi-lift jack points and recessed winch. Nice size bull bar, and a pretty good price.

You can call these places and see if they can modify the bumper for you. Welding on light tabs should be a pretty simple thing to do.

Although it doesn't meet all your requirements, I really like my Full Metal Fab Apex Pinnacle front bumper; I used the fairlead LED bar mount for a 10" light bar but no jacking points.

I'd recommend vks fab too. I'm sure he'll add light tabs where you want them. He will customize the stinger how ever you want it.

Take a look at jk - jeep bumpers - 4wheelonline.com also. They have various options like Bestop Highrock, Poison Sypder and Fab Fours. If you want a custom stubby bumper, I recommend shrockworks. You just need to be patient since they build to order.
