Removing inside plastic panel on rear door

I have a small ding on the rear passenger door that I would like to have repaired. In order for tech guy to remove the ding he needs to get inside the door. I noticed that the rear passenger door has a plastic inner panel. If I could get this off the door it would be a cinch for the guy to make the repair. But before I attempt to remove the plastic paneling on the inside of the door, is there anything I need to be aware of. Is it just a simple procedure of removing the screws and pulling it out? Has anyone removed the inner plastic panel (I have attached a photo to show you what I am talking about). Thanks

It's very easy, nothing to really watch out for that I can remember.

Front and rear come apart the same:

If he was aiming down the sights correctly and had plenty of practice rounds under his belt, there would only be one side of this story.
