D-Ring or no D-Ring for Hard Rock bumper- pick your picture

About to install a winch and I am trying to decide if I want to add the D-ring or not. I photoshopped it in. Let me know your thoughts. I can't decide.

D rings are useful for using snatch blocks or towing straps. i would include them.

The stock hooks are stout but if you have the option d-rings are more secure/safer.
