Fox rear shock upper mount removal

The upper mount of my rear Fox Shock broke, Fox sent me a replacement mount, however, I'm having a real problem removing the old mount without damaging the bushing. Anyone have any idea how I can go about removing this mount and installing the new one?

I have sprayed it with WD-40 and used a wood block and mallet to try to pound it out but it did not even budge.

Well, since the closest thing to a press I have at home is a George Forman Grill, I had to improvise.

1) I used the biggest screwdriver I could fit in the mount hole, placed a piece of wood on the shock and used leverage to pull the pin out. Only problem was the pin came out with the bushing, So I then got a socket, put it over the broken side so it touched the bushing and pushed the good side of the pin against a wall using my body weight to push it out. Voila...

2) I then lubed the bushing with some more WD-40, popped it back into the shock, then pushed the new pin back in.

3) stood back in amazement and to the audience of my admiring dogs, i spread my arms wide open and yelled out "I DON'T NEED A SHOP PRESS", took a bow and drank some water.
